# Harness

> The skills and tools that apply all of it, fast, with or without a designer on the team.

The harness carries the repetitive 80% so your judgement goes to the hard, novel 20%. Skills are written as human-readable instructions that machines execute; the loop adds two human gates so intent survives to shipped UI.
